



BY LAWS
1. Rodders Car Club was established to fellowship with friends and colleagues for the sole purpose of learning and sharing the comprehension of automotive technology. Being a member of Rodders Car Club is being a true automotive enthusiast.
2. Our purpose is to promote charities and non-profit Organizations in our communities.
3. Violence and animosity will not be tolerated toward other members.
4. Members must stay in good standing by keeping dues paid up to date. Any member with delinquent dues of three (3) months or more will be removed from the club roster. Membership dues are $12.00 a year, paid to an officer no later than the first (1st) Tuesday of March and $12.00 a year for the Christmas fund. If you are a past member and pay your dues in June or after it is still $12.00 a year plus Christmas Fund! New members joining after June 1st will pay $6.00 a year and $12.00 Christmas fund for the year.
5. Rodders judges will be randomly selected from the club roster prier to club shows and will be rotated in future shows so favoritism will not occur.
6. Meetings will be held the first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. Special events will be posted on the club calendar. In the case of an emergency meeting, you will be notified by phone, time following.
7. Elections of officers:
Nominations will be made the first (1st) meeting in November and may be added to until election of officers the first (1st) meeting in December. New officers will take office the first (1st) meeting in January. If any officer fails to fulfill their duties they may be voted out.
8. Members must attend 50% of meetings for the year or new members attend 50% of meetings since joining.
To run for officer you must attend at least 75% of meetings for year and be a member for at least a year.
